According to the relevant national laws and regulations and the Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulations on the Administration of Environmental Protection of Construction Projects (State Council Decree No. 682), the Technical Specification for the Acceptance of Environmental Protection on the Completion of Construction Projects, the project's environmental impact assessment report, and the former Ministry of Environmental Impact Assessment (MEA), the project's environmental impact assessment report will be submitted to the State Council.
