The “Crafted Products” Lean Talent Cultivation Program was officially launched on March 10, 2025 to deepen the lean awareness of all staff, improve operational efficiency, and build a high-performance team.
The project lasts for 3 months, and the trainees come from the production department, quality center, and engineering department. Through systematic knowledge learning and practical training, the project will allow everyone to deeply understand the core idea of lean management, master the relevant tools and methods, and apply them to their daily work, so as to eliminate wastes, reduce costs, improve quality and efficiency, and commit to accurately locating problems and solving problems efficiently, so as to provide strong impetus for personal growth and company development!
